Shipping policy
Pre-order shipping
Every Gears Collective advent calendar is sold as a pre-order from a limited first batch. All pre-orders ship by November 20, so your calendar arrives in time for December 1st. Orders are processed and shipped in the order they were placed.
Shipping options and rates
- Standard Shipping: FREE on every order
- Priority Shipping: $5.99, handled first within each batch
Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 5 to 12 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by the carrier, weather or customs.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.
Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection can be added in your cart for $4.99. It protects your order from loss, theft or damage during transit. If a protected package is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, we'll send a replacement at no extra cost. Without Shipping Protection, we can't replace packages that the carrier marks as delivered.
Shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, reach out through our Contact page as soon as possible, before your order ships.
International orders
We ship worldwide. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees set by your country, which are the customer's responsibility. Customs processing can add extra time to delivery.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order hasn't arrived by the latest estimated delivery date, or arrives damaged, reach out through our Contact page within 30 days with your order number and photos where relevant. See our Refund Policy for full details.
